the rust is just as bad on the other side, i dont know if it would pass inspection and the only things i think are wrong with it is the head gasket and possibly the fuel pump, if your really interested take it to a honda dealership so they can confirm whats wrong with it. it should pass inspection once its running, i was driven in the early summer

actualy for some reason this is the fastest stock crx ive driven, just replace a couple parts and it would be good to go.
