So can some one tell me if im heatlhy for my age or if im weak or strong. Help will be greatly appreciated

I don't really think you should be working out at such a young age..but thats from what I heard, it stunts your growth.

no, you're not, at your age you should be doing about 75lb's per hand and if you're not, It likely means you have osteoperosis and dont have long to live.

Seriously tho...I wouldn't worry about it. Best person to consult would be your family doctor.

No you will not stunt your growth. I know this for a fact not from a book, magazines, internet but from an individual with a degree in kiniseolgy and several other credible individuals but honestly I could care less if you stunted your growth cuz your 14 and I don't know you.:guns:

They are playing with you, if you didn't already realize it from every post above.

You are 14 - you are healthy. What makes you think you aren't? The truth is, you probably haven't even hit puberty yet, and you are still growing - no one 'knows' what the ideal size for you is.

Once you grow some hair on your balls, you'll start to grow in height and increase your weight naturally. Only in the next 3-4 years will you see any slowdown of growth, so don't sweat it too much.

Haha these guys are cruel

Your fine, weightlifting at your age will not stunt your growth or harm you, in fact its better to start lifting weights early(your a good age to start)

Just keep doing what your doing and you should be fine!

i'll admit im not a big guy (im asian) and im fully grown, but yes im obviously pathetic, what with being 19, owning 2 cars

Don't waste your time lifting weights yet... go do some cardio (run, cross-country ski, rowing... etc...).. you'll feel a whole lot ''healthier'' and in shape too.

Yeah I was working out when I was fifteen....it was supposed to stunt my growth too.....Im now 22 6'4" and 300 lbs. When I was fifteen
I got my curls up to about 80 in each arm bench was around 320. I wouldnt suggest going hard simply because your bones arent fully developed. I would suggest tying your little arm wieghts to your dink so you HAVE something to bragg about. You sound like you need to get a hooker.

hahahahaha, at first I'm like, right on, a nice constructive post pointing out the flaws in working out young, and then BANG, the punch line, nice!
