Speed ticket question?

Got ticket while driving rental. Insurance company info is not on ticket. Will my insurance go up?

Did they pull you over and you got a ticket personally? Then that equals demerits and depending on your insurance provider, it might go up.

If it's a photo radar ticket, it's ticketed to the owner (the rental company), who in turn will charge you. Same as a photo radar, no demerits, just the fine.

If you were stopped, insurance will go up. Each year the insurance company will pull your abstract to see if you have any tickets.
