Looking for a mature Roomate, prefurably a student. To live in house with 1 male and dog. MUST BE CLEAN and likes dogs.
$450 a month includes all utilities (Gas, Elect, Water) + DD
I do not have land line (phone), or cable.
If you want cable I can pay half of it.

Yes, it is a house. unfortunately I have no Garage to offer, It is a small room I am trying to rent out. $400 a month is pretty cheap I think.
Got 2 dogs, they are kennel trained, but they love to get into things if they are left alone. Must like dogs. Got 2 pitties.
I have a bigger room in basement not yet developed w/bathroom that going to be completed during winter.

Also nonsmoker prefered, but Im ok if you do but just go outside.

Unfurnished room, (no bed, night tables, or dresser) must supply your own.

Quite location, close to bus stop, shopping centers, LRT is just down the road. And the neighbor hood pub is in walking distance.
