He is looking to pick up a reliable winter car for around $1,000 if it needs work thats fine, perferably with a decent body, he is a mechanic so mechanical issues would be better than body damage,

I have a 1984 civic hb. Has A/C (doesnt work right now, probably needs to be recharged and checked out.. its pretty old) Car was imported from cali in 1988. Has new battery, block heater, battery heater, snow tires (michelin arctic alpines .. only used for 2 winter seasons) Standard. high mileage, burns very little oil. Has rust. but not that much. PURE WINTER BEATER. this car is awesome in the winter. Only looking for $350 firm for it

88 Plymouth Sundance 2.5 Auto with A/C. Some rust. New rad, new cv axels. Oil changes. Most of the rust in on one of the doors. You can get a replacement door from pick a part for like 40 bucks. Paint could use some rubbing compound. Ignition switch works but it does not start the car. I mounted a push button to start the car. So, you insert the key, turn ignition on and press the button to start. Works fine. Car need a new battery. Tires are good. At least 50% left. Brakes look good as well. It would be a good beater for the winter. Starts ok (with a new battery) even at -30!.

Asking $499 obo. Will accept trades for stuff. Make me an offer
