In August we closed nines holes for renovations. We require additional staff to perform manual labor such as walk behind mowing, raking bunkers, laying sod, and other duties as designated.

He is labelled as Golf Course Manager now... above Superindendant... so he doesn't deal with the hiring part.. :)
