It happened at the cabin which is north of edmonton last tuesday night. Insurance will eventually cover everything, but they're being real bitches about it and of course you never get the full value of your vehicle/boat/quads back. I stood there and watched so much work and memories burn to the ground, I don't wish that on anyone, terrible experience.

It must have been a damn hot fire though, nothing that was aluminum survived, including the quad motors, and if you're familiar with boats, particularly with ski boats this is what was left of the 2.5-3 foot aluminum ski pylon:
