VISA Question!!

The same thing happened a couple weeks ago, so now I'm really starting to wonder.

I checked my visa balance over the phone 2 nites ago and it was X amount, now tonight I wanted to check it again since I had not written the balance down from before...but this time my balance was less bye $125.xx

Last time it happened I went to the bank to confirm what the actual balance was, I did not make any sort of payment...what might be happening?

Check your damn VISA statement man, how are we supposed to know? Look at where there were deductions on it. if there are none, chalk it up to a bug in the companies IVR.

Only ever go by what is in print. That is, pay what they have on your visa printout that you get in the mail.

Maybe an old payment that just went through.

You can check Visa transactions online but you have to sign up for it first.

It can change day to day as transactions are being posted. You may have made a purchase 2 weeks ago but sometimes it doesn't show up for awhile.
