She did NOT push off.

She was unprepared for the wheelie and didn't hold on tight enough. When he popped the wheelie, his back slammed into her chest and almost immediately after that, he dropped the front wheel. She was going backward from his inital push and lost her balance. Had he kept the wheelie up, she would have been okay. Dropping the front wheel so quickly pitched the passenger seat up and launched her.

Same shit happend to me. I was pulling out of my cousins driveway. I hit 2nd gear, gave it some gas, hit a small pile of sand, bike spun out, caught traction as it left the sand. It catwalked unexpectidly, i slid backwards, as i slid, it made me roll the throttle. Bike shot up to 60-65 very quickly.
