I've noticed that lots of members here have very nice cars,and I was just wondering what your first car was/is. Some of you are on your 2nd,3rd car,or some are on their first.So ya,just wondering what your first car was/is,and wether or not you liked it(would buy another model) or if you didn't like it and would never buy another.My first car will be coming in a few years,maybe start planning on what car to get. :D

My first car was a 1981 Rabbit LS that I spent lots of time and $$ trying to upgrade to '83 GTI specs. Damn I miss the gool 'ol days!

My first car was a 1995 Ford Explorer Limited Edition Forest Green SUV with a 4.0L V6 engine. It was handed down to me from my mother who drove it until the year 2000. It had 93,000KM when I got it... I drove it to about 150,000KM (give or take a few km's) until it decided to be an asshole... and then I traded it in for a Jetta.

Good ole` Explorer... good times were had in that SUV... good times.

If your first car has 202,000 miles (325,000 km), and can still drive real well, it would prove something to you...like how LONG they last despite the driver :D

First car I owned was a 99 Cirrus(same as the 1g stratus). If your stratus is auto and you feel like waking that thing up, swap in the 5 speed - totally changes the car. Its not an easy task but well worth it when you're done :thumbsup:

water pump, timing belt, brake booster, front brakes, about 10 tires, front tranny seal, windshield, drivers side window, head gasket, not to mention about 5 million litres of atf! and all of that was within three months...and then the tranny finally went....lol

and now i'm on my 2nd, a 1984 plymouth reliant...pos! bought it for $600, and now everything is going wrong with it, i need a shift linkage, heater, and timing belt now...:banghead:

1981 Mazda 626 LX...it had a 4 spd Manual tranny, a blown clutch as so you could not rev it past 2800 rpm or it would slip like crazy...no heat, the door locks didnt work, was SNOT green and rust throughout...

But to this day...STLL my fave car that I have ever owned...
