no, it's not the parker johnston model.
theres a kid in edmonton that i know with the parker johnston model, it's a similar idea. PJ model had different wheels and no plaque on the passenger side dash.
just some b&w stickers on the fenders. mine had full colour stickers on the fenders, but i took them off.
