40 mill for a name.. :P go copyright something like f70 now and see if ferrari will pay you 70 mill in a few years to buy it

That was a bit of a lack of foresight on ford's part, but asking 40 mil for the rights to the name to the car was just obscene. Greedy bastards.

Well dumasses, after the GT-90 and the indigo, why would they make anything else? They rule above all, the GT40 sucked compared to them! They should just let it die, and hope that everyone that knows concepts will eventually forgive them...

I think they called it the GT40 because it was 40 inches tall from the ground to the roof.:)

I don't think it's Ford "not getting any breaks". I think it's Ford making mistakes that they should have outgrown by now. I mean, Honda, Nissan, Toyota all went through quality issues, copyright infringement and recalls.

The difference is they have learned from their mistakes....
Let's not forget Jeff Type-R's post about the Ford Focus recall...

Did you even bother reading the article? Its got nothing to do with quality control.
