Labour Day Stamps Game Thread

Watching the game on CBC, sold out, the stamps are playing brutal. Stupid penalties, injuries, turnovers, everything they have been doing to get their illustrious 2 - 8 record. I say pull Jones and put in Crandell, he was at least doing something against the Lions

that was pathetic, the worse effort I've ever seen. Stupid penalties, the quaterbacks can't do jack. No running game whatsoever, and the stupid screw ups I've ever seen. Sure I might not be able to do better, but they are professional athletes, they should not be making the mistakes that they are!

I went to the game, anybody else sit in section A or B? I think I got to watch only 30min of the actual game because of all the shit that was happening. There was like two fights that broke out, girls flashing, and Calgary fans throwing shit ALL game at Eskimo fans. At one point there was like 6 cops just in our section taking people out, I'm surprised a riot never broke out. There was also this dumb fuck Eskimo fan that got up facing the stands and for about 5 min kept rooting for Edmonton. He got nailed by just about everything (cans, pizza boxes, full beers :eek: , popcorn etc.) and he wouldn't stop until the police escorted him out. I felt sorry for all the people sitting in front of this guy because they were getting the worst of it. Anyways just thought I'd share.

I was at the game, thank god for beer! The game was absolutly horrible. I think the Stamps should just call it a year and hit the golf course.

Good to see the bandwagon for the flames is shared by the stamps.

Yeah, they're having a rough year, sucks, but they have been in the grey cup finals 11 times, winning 5. Far better than the flames can say and of course they got shit on every year until last year when they made it far.

I love going to Stamps games whenever I get a chance too. I went to the labour day classic yesterday via safeway ticket. It was a horrible game. It seemed like Edmonton was using the same play on almost every down. Our defense is just horrible too. Overall it was just a boring game to watch.

having a record of 2-10 right now should be cause for concern.

they should tear this whole organization apart and rebuild it.
