I'm in University, and transportation is sort of an issue for me. Right now I drive an 02 Protege, but I have to share it with my rents. I'm considering my own transportation for school, but insurance rates are high. I need a decent reliable car to get to and from school, and to have a little fun on the weekends. If anyone has an 85-87 Corolla GTS for under 1500$, just drop me a line. BTW, how much is insurance on an 86 Corolla GTS? I'm told it's around 3000 a year. I'm 19 btw. I heard insurance rates are going down in October, will this help any? I'm not too serious yet, but if I can stress my rents enough about my transportation issues, and if insurance becomes more affordable, I might be able to blow my Rutherford cash on a car.
