Seen somone pulled over by a cps police PT cruizer

i was driving around this morning and seen a PT pulled over this guy on 4th and 20thnw i think it had writing on the side saying stop for red lights or somthing along that lines

kinda like whats on them white red means stop photo radar vans

was that on mcknight by chance? i usually see a pt cruiser they havv on mcknight at the wendys (close to deerfoot mall). They love to pull people over for illegal lane changes around there...
