Where Can I Find Something to Cut Pills?

I was prescribed some medication, and the doctor told me to cut the pill into quarters. Is there a better way to do it, rather than using a knife...its kind of awkward.

GNC has pill cutters but they are designed for big pills I think.

If you take them to your pharmacist they will do it for no charge.

Most pharmacists just use a razor blade.
