well, i was going through one of my old magazines (super street, aug 2002) and i found an article on the lancer evo in my sig...i was amazed at how sweet it is....here are some of the specs on it:

4G63 (2,021 cc), HKS GT3037S turbine, racing wastegate, forged-piston kit, H section connecting rods, 270-defree in/ex camshafts, cam gears, oil cooler, reinforced valve springs, F CON V pro and EVO pro, Jun titanium-valve retainer, Veilside valve guide, Trust intercooler, SARD 1,000cc injectors, NEKO A/F1000 aluminum Tabata radiator

it puts out 572 hp @ 7,450 rpm, 434 lb-ft. @ 5,200 rpm

the only thing that i don't like about this car is the alcheeza's :thumbsdow

other than that, this is the nicest lancer that i have ever seen :love: :drool: :thumbsup: :burnout:

nice car but thats one ugly kit, well not ugly but it doesnt suit the intended pourposes of that car

I agree with Rick. Took a road car and made it into a track car, apparently. Maybe it'd be a good track car though :-)

from the begining i though veilslide was Rice , i never liked any of the kits they did.
i guess the only reason people though they were nice is because the were making kits for top dollar cars

i don't know what it is about veilside cars that i love so much....but i respect that everyone has thier own opinion...i am just astonished at the power this evo is putting out...it's one of the few cars that has the power to go with the looks!

that veilside kit is supposedly DTM inspired (even though there are no lancers in DTM)...hence the extremeness of the kit?
