"DSE 800+" manual

Does anybody have the manual for the alarm/starter combo that 12V was installing a few months back? I want to disable the auto-lock option but I can't find my manual. Something about hitting the brake 5 times...:confused:

Or better yet, if someone could please scan the page where all the options are set, that would be great. Thanks.

First you need to locate the valet button. Should be under the dash somewhere along with a toggle for your starter. What you need to do is turn the key on then off again now press and hold the valet button down till the unit chirps 5 times. now your in the programing mode. press the valet 12 times and then press the start button on your remote. now key on then off and press hold valet , brain clicks 5 times. done deal.

I followed your direction. On/off, hold valet until 5 chirps, 12 x valet and start button, alarm beeped twice, on/off, hold valet until 5 clicks. It didn't work. Doors still lock automatically as soon as i touch the brake pedal. Can anyone hook me up with a copy of this particular page of your DSE 800 alarm/starter please? Thanks. :)

Sorry i gave you the wrong option number its number 14 . 12 was for the 600. follow the same procedure but go to option 14 then hit start. should love life.

just out of curiosity, what is option number 12 that i enable/disable?

option 12 wouldnt have changed anything by pressing the start button in programing.
