Where can I get a female, male Patch cable for my internet?

I have tried looking around and all I can find is the male,male end patch cables, I need to extend the cable that i have to 10 feet more and it's so hard to find a female,male end Patch cable.

why not just buy a new cat5 cable?

you could make one pretty easy

take a male male cable, goto home depot and get a female end, they have them just like to go into a wall plug.

its color coded for the wires. easy to make, done it before.

just buy an adapter that has 2 female spots in it plug one cord in to each end, that'd probably be the cheapest and easiest way.
