im thinking of purchasing a front clip for a 93 300zx convertible, and wanted to know what other if any parts are required to make the car complete, as far as mechanical performance.

the body panels dont worry me. im talking about drive ability. for instance i know the rear suspension from the 300zx NA can be used after the conversion. but what other components need to be swapped

well it's rwd so the most important thing is to get parts from a NA which is rumored have a better lsd than the tt one I guess the rest of the stuff could be fabricated either than that suspension should be fairly similar...

Brakes are different, but not much. Pistons are 26mm in NA, 30mm in TT. I think the rotors might be different too. That doesn't matter though.

Was a guy on here who did the conversion, sandman, got banned. Boostless, his buddy, might help you out. Pm him, not too sure about the name though, so do a search and then pm him. He'll help you out.

As joegrang mentioned the NA 300zx has the better rearend not for LSD they all have the same type, it's the gearing the NA has a 4.09:1 while the TT has a 3.46:1 which means faster 1/4 mile times and your engine gets into the boost faster. downside your speedo will be off as you have to use the TT spedo or mess with the sending unit on the TT tranny
