So, Derek's mustang made over 1000 hp to the wheels on my Mustangdyne dyno. This was as high as we could go with his existing fuel system. I suspect that both his pumps and his injectors are maxed. The fuel pressure was not falling of, but would not rise under boost, and I could not richen it in the software. I think there is another 100 to 200 hp hiding in this car with the bigger injectors.
It is running good and clean, and we were fairly excited. Lets hope they get the rest of the car together tomorrow so Derek can race this weekend :shock:
As a point of reference. On the same dyno, the car ran easy 9'4 at 144 mph with only 590 rwhp :twisted:
