Spotted -- silver skyline

Hey sorry no pics , but spotted a silver skyline wednesday night in High River , wasn't sure if it was or not . But thursday night coming back from tequila at around 1:30am.It pulled beside me south mcleod around south center , this thing had mad power .But I didn't notice the for sale sign in the back window but the girl I was with did .Just wondering if anyone knows how much he wants.

yeah...last week it was 12'900...if you think that thing had mad power, I don't know what you're driving, but maybe it's time to trade up...that's a GTS-T automatic(2.0L inline 6 turbo, 215 hp) assuming we are lookin at the same car...

I RACED IT LAST NIGHT!!!
Its actually pretty slow, I really expected better. I tried talking to the guy but he wouldnt roll down his window. Have vids too...if someone wants to host

I thought it was pretty fast when I had it, 14 sec stock. Automatic just means you keep boost between shifts. The power and quick spool almost made me forget about the fact that I hate automatics.

they can, gts's can have an rb20det or an rb25det,
rb20det = 212hp 193lb torque
rb25det = 250hp 217lb torque

note these are official ratings, actual could be higher. I read in the link he jacked it up to 235 hp

I know the guy who owns the car. I talked to him last week and he said he has about 240hp in it. Supposedly he is starting a business importing them into canada. He told me i could get one for about 12 grand?
And i would say that for an 89 skyline 240hp is pretty decent.

Buy it through www.importconcern.ca ... they can get u 1 for cheaper than 12k 240hp is not when its imported dude, he'd do that when it gets here or not at all. the year dont matter its the ngine think bud.

lol...no...it was imported by importconcern...and he payed more than 4 for it(won't divulge specifics...that's up to him to tell people or not tell people)...it was one of the cars on their main page for a little while...I have ridden in it...all it has done to it is a modified intake with an imitation K&N filter on it...and some sort of turbo timer that they never could manage to track down(which only worked some of the time anyway), it was pretty quick for a 15 year old automatic(read faster than the average civic)...

If you are interested in buying japanese cars check out JNS imports. They are based in Calgary. If you sign up for their newsletter you can get car alerts when they find sweet cars for sale in Japan. Their prices are usually:

300zx TT $7700 - $15 000
Skyline R32 GTS $8 500 - $15 000
Skyline R32 GTR $16 000 - $25 000
Silvia S13 $6500 - $12 500
RX7 turbo $6 500 - $12 000

These prices vary depending on year/km/mod'd/etc. Prices include vehicle, export costs, ocean freight, import fees, and shipping to Calgary.

And of course they are all 15 years or older.
