?looking for the best tire shop in calgary

Hi everyone, I'm new, so I hope I hope I'm asking the right question in the right section.

I am planning on getting some 18s rim,and do you guys know where is the best place in calgary to help me order the rim which fit my car and put them on my car with tire. just i am really afraid to get rub by the incorrect offset.:dunno:

also,With the winter season coming up, i am wondering if there are some winter tire will work with 18s rim??? my car is 97 2.2cl.

My tire place is Togo tire -- he beat every tire shop in town by almost $10 /tire when I bought my Ecsta 712s.
