Hey, I was driving to SAIT today and i was on crowchild heading north just before the 17th turnoff when i noticed a black car heading in the opposite direction. I only caught a quick glimpse but i recogized the trademark R34 frontend. The rear end sported similar skyline/impala tail lights which looked tinted.

Did anyone see the same car and if so was it a skyline bodykit on a impala or r32?

Was it purply greeny blue?

If so it was probably a honda accord.

It could have been, i'm pretty sure it was black though. Im thinking that it may be the Masa bodykit on a r32 and possibly some R34 tail lights. It just caught me by suprise i hope someone catches a glimpse too, it looks pretty convincing.

Probably a Chevy Impala... there is an aftermarket taillight kit for the Impala that looks similar.

was it a 2002ish dark blue accord that you saw?

my buddy has a dark blue honda accord sedan. Has a black widow body kit and skyline-ish tail lights. Graphics on the side? Aluminum spoiler? Dual Exhausts? Blue tinted windows?

It comes stock on the "action package" I cant see how they would be confused though. 4 door Impala vs. a 2 door sportscar:dunno:

Definetly wasnt the impala with the sport package ive seen those before and i wouldnt get confused with that. Im betting it was buddies accord with a kit.

Do you have any pics of his accord?

Same thing happened to me on Shaganappi trail today goin to school, I swear that there was an R33 coming up behind me. Turns out it's actually a mid 90's BMW front lights but the car was a Cavalier!!!! I was about to give the guy props until I saw it was a J-body, then I had to focus on not spewing my breakfast on my dash.:barf: It's dark blue BTW

I was gonna give him props until I saw the duct tape that was used on the front end to seal off the light conversion.:barf: and then when I saw it was just a riced out Cav with black electrical tape used as a "custom" tail light mask furthered me on the :barf: path. J-Bodies are nice cars just the people who own them can be retards at times.
