If someone asks to be critiqued then by all means tell them what you think; however we don't want any hurt feelings - this is meant to be fun!

This is where we can discuss stats, goals, diets, supplements, routines and ask questions.

dang, i'll only be in competition shape in May.
Fame 2005 in April 30/May 1.
