I haven't been able to make one yet this year, (or ever for that matter) but checking to see whose going...

I'll be in the White A4 with a FMIC

I think there will be a few other Audi guys there as well

I will hopefully be going!
Run the Nova one more time before parking her for the year.

One more tip for the Racecity newbie.. obey the 30kph return rule.
a few years ago this guy in a saturn was flying back doing about 80-100 right past the time slip people. Im sure he was booted for life and hopefully boot fucked as well!!!

Most of you going to do autoX or drag? I hear its was dead last week and the week before when I was there there was no one!

we need more people on drag so they don't close it at 10:30 again.

it wasnt dead last week, well the dragging wasnt at least. there was a half hourish wait between each 1/4 u run. is it usually more packed than that ?

Beginning of this year.
Just finally got the 3.73's and posi together, but now I have a vibration from 4,500rpm and up which I am losing power from.

Car hooks good and hard whern the track is warm! :D

I want some newbie tips .. what all do they need to inspect on the car etc?

I assume put anything that can move/isn't bolted down away or leave it at home ... what tyep of thing will they look at and reject your car ?

what is it ? 25 for drag/helmet rental ?

How about auto x, do they let just anybody on? i wouldnt mind trying to see how my car fairs...

25 -drag
40-drag/autox
5-helmet rental
they jsut look at ur tires adn ask u questions bout ur car , unless they think it mtie run better than 13.99 on the 1/4.

R-Audi
09-30-2004, 12:43 PM
What do they ask if you can run faster then a 13.99?

yohan4ws
09-30-2004, 02:20 PM
Yeah ... I thought it was 11 seconds that you needed a roll cage otherwise I can't see the difference...

I hope to break into 15's

not sure wut they ask u if u run faster than 13.99, i cant run that fast, haha. im not too sure bout the roll cage thing...there was a C5 vette there last time, and it ran in the 11's, had no roll cage.

R-Audi
09-30-2004, 07:50 PM
I believe its under 11 you need a roll cage, but something about a more extensive tech if you can run 13.99 and below

About that insurance thing: It is incorrect!

'For insurance and registration, if your last name and address on your driver's license matches the insurance and registration, you will be allowed to run. You should still bring a permission slip just in case, but they WILL allow you to run and may call your parents to ensure that the permission slip is valid. No more turning away cars/drivers because names don't match, or wait 2 weeks. This will allow anyone who's cars are listed under their parent's name for occassional driver status (pretty much every asian under 25 haha).'

My best was a 14.996, which I think I could of done better, seeing that my 60 was 2.25...but it was my first time..Gotta work on that launch!

Anyone know what was done to that Lancer? He said it was stock, but according to Motortrend, they ran a 15.0 at sea level...and said he ran a 14.5
