Khari Jones a Stamp!

It's official, Khari Jones, Randy Bowles, and a 2006 draft pick have been acquired from the Blue Bombers for Joe Flemming, Scott Regimbald, and Wes Lysack.

In my opinion it was a good move by Dunigan, we NEEDED a qb, the price we payed it large but we may actually have some balance between our offence and defence now. We'll see how it turns out, could be a while before Khari even plays.

If Fleming wasn't going to re-sign with the Stamps, at least we got something for him, that something being a good QB that we so desperately need!

IMO, it was an average deal. Both sides got something.

I wish Flemming would stay though, but Dunigan says he doesnt need Flemming.

We dont even know if Khari will even be able to play. He's been out from winnipeg with an injury. Souza will probably start the next game anyways.

IMO is a good long term deal for calgary at the QB position. Calgary should get rid of Tommy Jones and maybe get back Dickenson from BC.

^ Dickenson does NOT want to play here, he hates the management and owners thinks alot needs to be sorted through. Plus there is no way Buono would give him back. We had our chance to get him last year but we blew it, because "we didn't need a new qb".... :rolleyes:

but at least it'll give us some excitement if the stamps end up doing good

now all we need are some good wr's that can catch all of khari's throws

Apparently Jones is healthy enough to play, but he won't dress for the game against To. tomorrow - too short of a week. But we should see him the week after here in Calgary.

And no he didn't play against Mon with Win - Glenn is the QB in Winnipeg.
