The XP-TMC total multiplier controller can let you not only adjusting multipliers for overclocking but also for permitting new Athlon XP/MP CPU's to run in older Socket A boards with slow FSB clock(100 or 133MHz). With the application of XP-TMC total multiplier controller, you can adjust the multiplier for reaching the actual clock frequency of a new XP CPU. The CPU upgrade can be done so easily.
