Hi, bit of a noob post here... just bought a '95 Nissan 200SX. Biggest problem with it is the right rear wheel has way too much toe-in - like about 5 to 6 degrees worth! Figure the last driver was a dumbass who didn't know where his wheels were and clipped a curb or something.

So anyways, what's the best option? Would it be cheaper to go to Nissan and buy a new rear axle, or to pay a good mechanic to bend the old one back to spec-or-better? (And if so, who's good in town?) (Edit: If I buy a new axle I'll be installing it myself, I can do that much at least)

IMO... this is an AXLE I would buy it new and save your-self the greef....

BUT that's my opinion..... cause if it's off a little bit you'll feel it though the car....

You'll probably need to get a new axle. You could try to find someone to bent the axle but I'm not too sure if anyone in Calgary could do it. It's going to be costly both ways. (If you ever find someone that's willing to bent the axle, let me know cause I'll have to talk to them as well.)

Good choice on the car.
