Im looking for a Radeon 9500Pro for my HTPC, Built by ATi preferred, but any brand will do. Looking for the $130-140 range.
A few exceptions apply, ;D
1. Cannot be volt modded in any way, if it has been safely oc'ed, thats fine, but it cannot be damaged at all.
2. If it has been flashed to a 9700pro, but it doesn't work, and it has been safely restored to a 9500pro without any problems, I will won't have a problem with that.
3. It has to work 100%, no artifacts, no tearing, no loose connections, etc.
