CA 18 turbo Question

How much boost can i run on stock ca 18 det internals and how much power would i get from this, a front mount with hard pipes a 3" downpipe and exhaust??

from what I've read, most CA18 owners can safely crank the boost to 15psi on a block with stock internals with an upgraded turbo (usually the T28 from an S14).
