BARF (Bones And Raw Food) is the ONLY way to go. Kibble of ANY brand is horrible for your pets.

Yah when our puppy was young we fed her iams. Then we learned about how the company was sold to P&G, and how the ingredients that went into iams were changed.

Then we also learned that they do terrible things to animals to test their product out on dogs and cats. Cutting out muscle on their legs, etc. Just brutal.

We now feed our dog some good Canadian brands, and an American brand.

http://www.championpetfoods.com/ < good dog food from Canada, just north of Edmonton.

Beer works best when working with dogs. After two MGD beers, they feel good -- respond well to spoken commands. :)

There are ways to test on animals with out debarking them or cutting out muscle. I posted that so ppl who buy iams can make an informed decision. Do you want to support a company that promotes animal cruelty?

There are companies out there that don't do this. Many companies don’t test on animals, or follow the government guidelines.

So I guess if you think its "stupid" after reading what happened, would be a personal opinion.

To think its "stupid" after not reading an article would be also labeled as "stupid" would it not?

If you don’t mind buying an animal food from a company that treats their animals so cruelly, that great. Personally, I'd rather not support that type of behavior.

Testing on babies? WTF? check out the new science dude, there are ways that you do not have to test on animals. Many companies have switched, some have chosen not to.

Eagle Pack is a very good food... but my dog has a sensitive stomach he does really well on Technical. Nutro is also a very good food. Stay away from Science Diet.

I have heard from lots of breeders and vets that science diet is no good. They offer vet clinics and vets special incentives to carry their food. They use lots of fillers and by-products. I think they get money based on the number of bags they sell.
