WTB 1985 & 1986 Toyota Mr2

well, i'm lookin for an 85 and 86 mr2.
NO RUST whatsoever
5 speed.
preferably any color except silver
preferably completely stock
body in good condition (small dents and scratches are o.k but nuttin major please:)
with all factory options
with a/c,cruise,t-tops,pw,pdl,pm
stock or after-market rims
clean interior with no big rips in cloth seats
preferably NOT leather
clean car with no major accidents

lookin for either under $2500

i'll give you mine for 2500 with rust on the rear fenders (not alot) and non of the factory options

89 supercharged, white.... with surface rust... engine is clean, still strong, wasted a done up delso! 189km + clean interior, AC, troof/ deck etc... will part for $4500... next year it will be turned into a project car..

yes, i am still sellin my 88 s/c with no ruast at all coz it's a cali car and its black on black cloth with 89,400 miles on it with all the factory options working strong and burin no oil. i do have a chic inedmonton very interested in it and tellin me not to sell it and hold it for her but i have not seen cash yet so it is still open for sale. Thanx.

i may consider that white s/c, we'll see.
the reason i am wanting the 85 and 86 is to have champagne cars for me and my bud, i know it sounds corny, but i jus kinda want a chanpagne car and the mister two is the nicest year of japanese sports car there is, but i do like the sound of the white 89 s/c.

i have found 2 red 85's with minmal rust for under $1500 in western canada. if anyone could find me one with no rust at all that would be great, thanx.

Drive down to California & pick up a couple, they are cheap, no rust & are old enough to bring accross the border without being hassled by customs.:dunno:

ya, i have found tons on www.mr2.com and wow they are cheap specially with the xchange rate bein so low right now.
theres a 2001 S2K on ebay right now for like 17,500 or 17,900 or sumthin with under 10,000 miles and with the xchange rate it is unsane cheap.

Yeah that is good, but you have to pay duties on newer vehicles (1990 & newer I think) but there is some sweet deals on older MR2s, just need to make sure you find one in good mechanical condition for the drive back:thumbsup:
