Where to get my Pioneer Deck Fixed?

The motorized face plate doesnt flip down, gets stuck half way. :thumbsdow Where should I look to get this fixed?

This is the deck I got. The thing gets stuck half way down. If anybody knows why this happens let me know or where I can get it fixed:confused:

He had the same exact problem, supposibily it happens with this deck.
