Couple issues: comes with no USB cord, no cradle, no headphones and the lid is a little wobbly due to missing a few screws.

FYI: USB cable is available on Ebay for a couple dollars.

Does it still work fine (recording and playing), also the lid, does it seem like it could be fixed or no chance at all?

Works fine, records and plays -- the lid is just missing screws, could be fixed with new screws.

The only reason I am selling is because I bought an iPOD and have no need for it anymore.

Didnt want to hijack the thread, but may i ask were you got ur IPOD from? i assume you got a case, im having a hell of a time finding a decent case for the NEW 40GB pods. THx man
