Unless you live in Japan, this will have nothing to do with us except hope that it'll be here someday.

Our 05 Odessey:

$32K to $47K, should reach our dealers anytime now.

i like everything about it, except for the door slider tracks. it should've been under the rear window.

Sienna is also pretty good. But it's smaller than Odessey, less powerful and has more of a floaty ride (a must for older people).

Odessey is more for a guy who has to give up S2000 for a minivan. Still the best handler in the segment.

The only thing Sienna has that Odessey doesn't is AWD.

I think the engineer is going for function over form. If you look at the position, it's at the lowest point possible to pull the weight of the door which also tend to get heavier in the bottom portion with the weight.

It also aligned with side impact beam so you can combine 2 in 1.

If the rail is moved to windows area, you'll lose elbow room. And since rarely anyone complains about it in the last gen, why change.

Gahhh i want to import one of those babies :( why do the engineers always feel the north americans must have the "faggier" versions of the cars!!! Looks like somebody cut off the end of the old odyssey and stuck it to the front of the Honda pilot. Man i cant wait till we see the power on these guys!
