Looking for some 215/45/17 tires.....

i'm looking to purchase some new rims and tires over the next little while and was wondering where do i even start looking lol.


i have the wheels picked out.... 17's blah blah blah.... no what tires should i look into getting.

i think i should go with a 215/45/17 but again, no 100% sure. and what tires should i look at.... yes im on a budget so thats a big factor. super high performance is not needed.... car may see track time a couple of times but thats all. also would like something that will last a few seasons.

for overall bang for the buck i would go kumho ecsta 712's

but if youre willing to spend a bit more, dunlop fm901, falken azens, toyo proxes t1-s, bridgestone potenza s-02...the list goes one....define your price range first man..then go from there!

I have some Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tires that match your specifications. These are Z-rated Ultra high performance tires. They came off of an IS300. The tires are still on the rims so I'm not going to remove them unless someone wants them. Anyways, there's probably a couple of seasons left on them depending on how hard you drive. i've found them for $130 online :dunno: good deal?

130 is good....but id rather just buy them locally for 150 ish check out my tires

My tires sells them cheapest locally

i think their 680$ (or around there) for exact same size ur asking about, mounted, balanced installed including tax.

everywhere else seemd to be around 800-900$..
