tow Hooks

I am trying to decide what to do with my tow hooks on the front of my jimmy. It is dark green with a stock chrome grill. I was thinking wither leave them powdercoared black or polish them. I think they would look pretty good polished. If i polish them will the rust? The only reason i want to do something with them is because they are getting some rust on them and it looks pretty bad. I would remove them completly but my truck will go off-road occasionally.

Not trying to pimp them as much as fix them. The finish on them is starting to rust so i was thinking of polishing them. What i am thinking now is that i will polish them and if i don't like it just get them powdercoated.

I would like to keep them on just in case I ever need them.
