woh woh woh guys, just wait a second. no need to get all snippity. they are handing the series over to the sanctioning body "rally america". SCCA "ProRally" wont exist anymore, but there will be rallying in the united states. they are moving in a direction that canada already went with the creation of the CARS sanctioning body. essentially for ralliests, by ralliests.
