and the ppl using U of A net access seem to be having the same trouble.

I still think my Telus business acct is much faster and doesnt go down as much as Shaw. I would NEVER switch back to shaw, and I used to work for them..... :werd:

I'm with Dave on this one... I'm on Shaw in my new house. Been there for about 6 weeks now, and it's been down at least 4 times already! I've never had this many problems with Telus, in the 3 years that I've had DSL.
