Heh, I've seen some like that, but they are drawn by hand. That is pretty weird though. There is an artist that does all kinds of illusions like that, but I can't remember his name.

szw's right. M.C. Escher does drawings like that. They look normal, but if you follow and examine them carefully, they're actually kind of messed up.
