Yes, & one day, your arm will fall off!
Just kidding... that happens to me all the time too! Except it's my right leg :dunno:

Why don't you try sleeping on your other side?

The best is when both arms fuck up, hahaha

happened to me last week, went to sleep with my arms crossed, woke up and thought I was Paralyzed. Try rolling over with no feeling in your arms whatsoever, haha, good times.

It's not bad for your arm.
You're not actually loosing blood circulation when your arm goes numb, you are actually just pinching nerves.
Try sleeping in different positions if it bugs you too much, it happens to lots of people.

Ever hear of 'the stranger?' Might be the silver lining to your cloud. :D

LMAO, this thread has gone astray......
If you let your arm fall asleep for too long, and too many times, it may have some permanent effects on the nerves in your arm. Probably not too good for it.
Try finding another way to sleep if you can, even if it's just a matter of moving the arm a little bit.

It would almost work as 'the stranger' except he probably can't move it either.

If your leg falls asleep on the can, that's somewhat normal, just lean back.

I remember waking up one time with both legs asleep, didn't realize it until I was half-way out of bed... *THUMP* right on my face...
