Well it was only a matter of time. The concept stang was fitted with 20" rims. Now GFG Wheels has slapped some on their new 05 GT project to revive the badass look most loved about the concept.

Featured is the brand new GFG Beverly Hills Edition wheel on the '05 Mustang. The setup pictured is a 20"x9" wheel in the front with a 255/30zr20 Pirelli P Zero Rossos and 20"x10.5" in the rear with 285/30zr20 Rossos. This fitment sits flush and looks very aggressive, but requires no vehicle modifications.

Wow! So there IS a use for 20 inch rims!!

That looks amazingly good.

I wonder... why did they take out the grille lights in the first pic?

I noticed that too. Probably just the angle of the picture and lighting. You can see in the 2nd pic how portions of the actual lights in the grill as as black as can be, while others remain reflective... I guess at the right angle they'd seemingly disappear. :dunno: Or maybe they were just removed :dunno: It is a project car. Anyways, here's the original link.

Maybe it was to show how the wheels would look on the non-GT version of the '05 Mustang, which lacks that pair of lights?

The other mustang, minus the lights, has a "GT" badge on it.. The ' non GT 's ' don't have GT badges I presume... >_<

Either way, nice car :) I'm starting to like mustangs .. a little ;)

No, it was balanced and blueprinted by my father and I.

Is NW performance in Calgary? I'd love to drop by there, because our current project is a 1968 Hemi GTX. The engine's done, but the car's far from completion.

20's usually only look good on pimp exec sedans and coupes like the S-class, 7 series, CL SL etc....I am quite impressed with the ride height and how well the wheel wells are filled out on this pimpstang!
