What happens if I don't pay it? If I do pay it, are there demerits taken for it and would your insurance company find out about it. Or will it affect my insurance at all?

Comments and suggestions are appreciated!!
thanks

AFAIK Out of province tickets do not give you points on your alberta record, however it leaves a warrant for your arrest/summons for your appearance before a court to pay outstanding balance if you so choose to enter the province again and get pulled over.

Do you know how long that is in their records Ben? Wether it be one or two or three years.

Thanks

Thanks It probably stays there forever. I got a speeding ticket 2 years ago and still get periodic notices in the mail!
