computer repair?

i have no idea, computer's not starting

i turn it on, goes to blue screen where it scans my fat32 drive

right after it goes to this dark blue screen but i can't read what's on there because it goes through really fast

then straight to the black safe mode screen,

if i choose normal, it repeats everything i just listed
if i choose last settings, it also repeats everythign i just listed
if i choose safe mode it goes to this black screen with a whole bunch of shit that i don't understand haha, like partition and stuff like that . . .

so what's going on? i need the comp back as i have a lot of info on there that i'll need . . .

Ouch that sounds pretty bad...A good form4t would solve all, but unfortunatly you need your stuff on there.

Does it recognise the CDROM?


What windows OS are you running?

do you have a boot disk?


How did the problem occur? did it just happen all of a sudden one morning, or did you shut her down improperly?

no idea if it recognizes the cd drive, how do i check?

problem just occured over night, i was working yesterday on the comp and i always shut down right . . . next thing you know . . . this morning, turn her on and all hell breaks loose

put the windows XP CD in the tray and start it up, pending on your boot sequence it should read...

is it possible to get into the bios at all?
