why dont you check with friends that own condos.. heated underground.. and its about $50 a month. I can check if my grandparents will rent theirs out. Its the condo unit right behind chicken on the way. But I think rent there is a bit more expensive... but if my dad doesnt store his car there.. ill definetely ask for you

my cousin has a garage, i think it still might have one stall left, about a hundred bucks a month or so.

I know a friend who live beside MRC willing to rent his underground space for $100 a month..
