October BMW Meet

There has been some expressed interest in a BMW meet. How much interest is there as I am aware the weather is getting colder. Should we have a little meet just to introduce ourselves? Or wait till Spring when we can hopefully cruise somewhere? If we were to get a meet set up it would have to be fairly soon due to winter coming up.


With my schedule, it'll have to be something on either Saturday/Sunday afternoons. I start at 3pm. So perhaps a meet and greet? An afternoon lunch?

im not accually in a club or anything like that..but i got my car last christmas and the only meet that ive gone to was to bimmer fest at tunerworks..so if its not just for club members i would come for a cruise and a meet

ahhhhhhh winter is here man, looks pretty darn cold this weekend and next weekend doesnt look too promising.

Im down, but the wheels are coming off soon, due to the treadwear and the weather.

Yeah, unfortunately, due to weather and time constraints this would have to be a meet and greet in Calgary. Like I proposed before, either Saturday or Sunday, preferably Sunday we could meet up and get lunch.

Next year when the weather warms up we can start planning cruises and meets that is convienent for both Edmonton and Calgary members. :)

Well the meet doesn't have to be this week. Let's keep an eye on the long term forecasts and see if we can find a suitable date for everyone.:)

snow tires? already? I thought it was just going to snow a bit and the weather will ne nice again. I also heard on tv one night that since el neno is here again.. the east coast is going to get fuked with snow and west shouldnt be too bad. But better safe than sorry i guess

yup.. i have P6000 on my car right now. Summer tires are not working too well with the icy roads. My winter tires should be in monday night .. hopefully
