Try the plunger or even some dry ice while you're at it. :)

That is kind of expensive, but I've seen it work on a friends car. I thought it was a different name though...

Anyways you glue this suction cup into the dent, and place some 'braces' on the car, and kind of screw the suction cup out until the dent pops out.

It worked perfectly, it was a small dent about the size of a twoonie. For that size dent, a plunger is useless. Tried dry ice a number of times on a number of dents in a number of situtaions (cold to hot, hot to cold, cold to cold) and it did jack shit.

Thread from the dead, but they are now selling these at Crappy Tire for $29.99 - with a money back guarantee, we should check it out at least...

It's basically a plunger. :P If it's a big dent, like someone leaned on your car, and you pull it out with this "Ding King" or a plunger, then it'll just pop back in if you lean on it again, or may just do it on it's own...

I just bought the Dent King from Crappytires for $30, will let you know if it works. It's actually not a suction cup, you glue the center tip to the center of your dent and you "screw" it out (pull)... There are some limitations: must be flat panel, dent must not already scratched paint, and must be fairly big sized dent (1") to be effective.
