Hey, just a quick question... this guy is pulling 12.5 off of 350 hp ( sorry if its a bit off, just glansed) and 300lbs of torque! and he is pulling a lot nicer numbers then that guy in calgary with 440hp to the wheels. Does elevation do THAT much damage to your times ? Or am i missing something ?

those runs probably took place on sea level. Maybe weight difference, traction. Lots of other possibilities.

Hey , sorry to get side tracked BUT... if a car drives down to BC gets an 11.0 or something... drives back here can he say... I RUN 11.0's cause here he would only get a 12 kinda thing right...
so lets say that prelude with ALBERTAS FASTEST FWD drove to bc and got a second off his time... would he STILL be able to say ALBERTAS fastest ? or does he have to get the time here ?
sorry for the dumb question
cool sleeper .. i would drive that haha

Brads prelude ran a 12.4 at only 343 wheel hp...this year he dynoed at 498 wheel hp on a mustang dyno, his tranny could not handle it.

Tires, suspension, weight, chassis, RWD or FWD...DRIVER!
All makes a difference.
Since we are on SR20 talk, there are US 240's with the stock turbo @14 PSI, intake, 3" exhaust, 220-240RWHP/TQ that bust into the 12's. That's 100 less HP/TQ. So so many variables. In this case RWD over FWD being a big factor.
Are altitude is around 1 sec slower in the 1/4.
