I would say something like that wouldn't take more than an hour, so whatever the shop charges per hour works. Most are around 80/hr

but does the tie rod make the tires frame bend so the the tire shiftrs from this position ( (x) ) to this position ((x) )

Search the internet for price on tie rods and tie rod ends.
Common aftermarket company for tierods is moog.

Installation cost for 1 from tirecraft for me was 87 dollars... i just did it my self its only 1 nut and spin off the unit from the rack with a wrench.

make sure to get an alignment right after because the tow will be so off it may burn off a tire in a day.
